The program is designed to be implemented in a three phase process.

Phase One

Build a consortium of appalachian artisans and crafts people to sell their creations and products in a World Wide Web market via an Internet store. These products will also be promoted through national publications and media campaigns.

Phase Two

The development of a catalog and network of sales representatives to actively market products throughout the United States.

Phase Three

The establishment of a credit union that can be utilized for business development by the consortium members.
